Through specific announcements, with an exclusively online registration, the program annually selects projects that speak the language of our time. Due to its importance as one of the companies that most invests in Brazilian culture, in 2008, the Oi company received the Cultural Responsibility Seal from the Culture Department of the Ceará State (SECULT).
